RETURNS

Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your package (carrier's stamp as proof).

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will be given to unsold and unworn items. Items on sale, discounted or benefiting from a promotional code will automatically receive a credit valid for 1 year. For reasons of hygiene, swimsuits, fur hats and jackets or fur collars will not be returned or exchanged.

To identify yourself, attach to your package on plain paper your surnames, first names and order numbers, specifying CREDIT or REFUND

in the case of a credit note, it will be sent to you within 5 days by e-mail or SMS, in the form of a Promo code valid for 1 year on our site.

In the event of a refund, this will be made within 5 to 7 working days after receipt and study of your return, on the payment method used during your purchase.
